The 2004 Complete Florida Fishing Directory includes 100 Tips to Catch More Fish, states Sharon E. We’ve made it very easy for the fisherman to choose the best fishing guide for them.”

The 2004 Complete Florida Fishing Directory also includes fishing camps, resorts, marinas, national and state parks where fishing is allowed, plus fishing articles on The Top 10 Fishing Spots, 100 Tips to Catch More Fish, and more.

"69-GEAR, Challenging For Number One Status"

By Anonymous

Mention the number 69 in any group of 13 to 40-somethings and you are bound to get at least one smirk and perhaps an innuendo laced comment or two. Yes, in the realm of numbers, 69 is probably only second to one other number, that being ‘numero uno’ when it comes to popularity and symbolism outside its original quantifiable purpose.

One would think with all this popularity, others besides Bill S. Preston, Esq. and Ted Theodore Logan would have capitalized on its universal recognition and appeal. Yet outside of “69 Dude” and a handful of clever jokes and countless adult flicks, this suggestive number has lived in the subtle anonymity of sexual how-to books and fraternity high-fives – until now that is.

“Sex sells,” says Tom Schwartz matter-of-factly. “It’s plastered across bill boards, it’s included in every marketing campaign and is the very impetuous behind what 69-GEAR is all about.”

Schwartz is co-owner of an exciting new apparel company called 69-GEAR, LLC.

So if it’s everywhere, what sets 69-GEAR apart from the countless other choices that co-eds, teens and Gen-xers have to choose from? All you have to do is look, and the 30-year old smiling and optimistic co-owner of 69-GEAR is absolutely right – sex in the media and in society is as subtle as a slap up-side your head. So what will catch your attention about 69-GEAR?

“Why try to be subtle – it’s everywhere!” Schwartz eagerly replies with a chuckle.

“Seriously, we are all about trying to provide a quality clothing alternative to anybody who wants to make a statement,” Schwartz adds.

Quality is right. Consumers have already been impressed with the quality of garment that this upstart company has chosen to sport its original, and very “tight” logo. From heavy pre-shrunk cotton shirts to the wool blend flex-fit caps, it is all built to last and look good long after the first time you don the gear. But perhaps the jewel in the crown of this company is the made in the U.S.A. ladies garments that hug the curves and are offered in all of the styles found across the campuses, high schools and sidewalks across the country.

“From the beginning we wanted to be more than just a T-shirt and ball-cap company,” says Eric Gerth co-founder and originator of the concept that sparked the formation of the company. “From our original t-shirts and sweatshirts, to our hats and visors, and our various ladies styles, I think people are really going to like what we have to offer, and they are going to love where we plan to take this thing!”

69-GEAR already has mock-ups of the new under-garment, sleepwear and swimwear lines that they will reveal in the near future. But what ties all this together?

“That’s simple,” states Gerth, “it’s the logo!”

The logo is tight and worthy of a second look. The numbers six and nine materialize out of the far-east inspired yin-yang graphic as you admire the clothing.

“A smile, every time!” states Schwartz proudly, “I’ve yet to see someone look at our logo and not smile, from teens to 40 year old Harley dudes, everybody seems to really get a kick out of it.”

Bottom line, this won’t be the last you hear of 69-GEAR. These guys are obviously in it for the long haul, and unlike many new clothing companies, they get it. They went with top quality clothing, styles that are on the front end of current fashion along with time tested favorites. When you pick up your first 69-GEAR garment and see that edgy 69-GEAR tag sewn in the collar you will clearly see that these guys are serious about their business. Check out what they have to offer at www.69-GEAR.com. The web site is easy to navigate and shopping is a breeze.
